As Product Development Manager, Elmé Coetzer is responsible for evaluating market needs, and the development of new products that suit the specific needs of customers (retailers and producers) as well as the overall consistent interpretation of the standards. She is also responsible for the GLOBALG.A.P. Technical Committees and the National Technical Working Groups. Studied in South Africa and the USA and graduated with a PhD in Agricultural Sciences, Elmé has more than 10 years of working experience in the quality assurance and certification business and project management.
