The last day of SUMMIT 2014 began with a plenary discussion with the GLOBALG.A.P. Board and keynote speakers on the future direction and role of GLOBALG.A.P.

The day continued with various breakout sessions with experts  from all relevant industry sectors, discussing the pressing issue facing the specific markets and industry today: Crops, Livestock, Aquaculture, localg.a.p., GRASP and Chain of Custody.

The day closed with a very inspiring keynote presentation by Prof. Franz Josef Radermacher on global industry trends, and an open discussion on the future of farm assurance systems in light of food security, climate change, and political and social unrest as well as opportunities through technological innovations.
